Living the dream (and this dream is for sale!)

I understand that I am perhaps the worst blogger of all time but I would like to use the very valid excuse of not having had access to the internet in our beautiful house until one week ago. Since having, pretty bloody fast, internet all the way out here in Marsella I have given myself a delightfully welcome headache and Brett and I have hardly said two words to one another!!

The novelty has far from warn off but I did think it was about time that I updated...this is for you Mum!! hehe

We got married!

 

 

We got married on Saturday the 14th December 2013. It was a brilliant and colourful day/evening and we thank all our family members for coming all that way to share our special day. We would also like to thank all our new friends from SJDS for trekking all the way down our dusty and slightly bumpy road to make some wonderful memories with us. A big thanks also to all of those family members and friends who sadly couldn't be with us but sent there love and gifts... not to worry though I am thinking we should have a repeat party, every year wherever we may be!!! Vegas next!?

We moved in at the beginning of December as Brett and his delightful friend Ross managed to put on windows, doors and locks in record timing. Since then we have been painting, sanding, building and gardening to try and get the house looking perfect.

 

We love our little house and we have had a grand time getting to this stage but we both have itchy feet and are thinking about returning to the amazing Mexico.

 

Anyway, for now this is our home and we think its beautiful...
